It offers a  wide range of amenities - shops, Kinema in the Woods, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Walks, Tea Houses, Restaurants and of course the renowned English Golf Union Golf Course.  Offering excellent facilities for the keen golfer.  It is a perfect base from which to tour Lincolnshire.

The town of Horncastle is situated only 4 miles away offering it’s wonderful bygones and antiques centres.  The Cathedral city of Lincoln is only 23 miles which has the historic castle, museums, galleries and antique shops to explore as well as excellent shopping.  Good walking directly onto the Viking Way from the property, or only a short 10 minute drive away are the beautiful walks of the Lincolnshire Wolds with castles, pottery, historic mill, heritage sites and the World War  II ‘Bomber Trail’.
